Your Sales Consultant Will Market Your Home

It’s now up to your Sales Consultant to market your home to potential buyers. Their job is to make your home shout ‘Buy Me’, particularly during the first 30 days.

Where Buyers May Come From

  1. Marketing a home is a complex process which involves attracting buyers from a variety of different sources. Your Sales Consultant will have a pool of buyers and investors from which you could benefit. Your Sales Consultant will keep in regular touch with these people and market your property to them.

  2. They will also make contact with new buyers through open homes - and from clients whose homes they have sold recently. It is the competition created by all these buyers that achieves the best possible price for your property.

Your Buyers Could Come From

  1. Your chosen Agent’s pool of buyers from previous marketing

  2. All other Agent’s buyers within that Company

  3. Buyers who see your ‘For Sale’ sign

  4. Advertising

  5. Referrals from other offices

  6. Open homes

  7. Other sources – e.g. The “heart” buyer. The heart buyer is the buyer who has walked past your home many times and thought if this property ever comes on the market I want to buy it. This buyer will pay the premium price. To get this buyer your home must be marketed.
