Emerald Hill

Emerald Hill is one of the shining jewels in Upper Hutt.

The latest stage, Stage 7, is off Norana Road. Twenty five of the 35 sites have sold or are under offer. Those still for sale are a mix of sections and land and house packages.The sections range from 1480 square metres to 3550 square metres.
