The division engages in five different categories:

• Business Sales

• Residential Property Investment Sales

• Property Investment Advice (using Investpak - a total property investment service)

The Division is managed by Ron Vink

Ron started his career in property in 1978 as a Valuer for The Valuation Department. He then moved into Commercial Property Management for AMP in 1982. In 1984 Ron bought his first investment property and has since bought, sold, renovated and built more than 100 properties.

In 1985 he started his own business which grew to include several trades in the building industry and employed up to 48 people. In 1997 he moved back into the property industry offering mortgage finance and property investment advice.

Ron joined the Gillies and Mark team early 2009 as Commercial and Property Investment Specialist.
